Welcome to Phlox, a community space where curiosity and community meet to provide learning
opportunities for everyone. We are grateful you’ve chosen Phlox to host your event/meeting and are
looking forward to providing an environment for success.
Whether you are hosting a knitting, gardening or craft building workshop or leading a yoga, karate or interpretive dance class, our HPLOX room is open to you.
The room is open to single or reoccurring events.
NEAT will ensure that Phlox is cleaned, set up, and ready for occupation at least 1 hour prior to the agreed rental time.
It is the responsibility of the renter to return the room to this state before leaving. Any extra cleaning after your rental will be billed to you at a flat fee of $50/hour.

CANCELLATIONS: 7 days notice will result in no additional fees, Up to 48
hours notice will result in a 25% fee and less than 48 hours notice a 50% fee.
Our Space is 48ft long x 17ft wide.
No cost options for booking:
Access to wifi networks ShawOpen or NEAT Guest, hall washroom, use and set up of tables and chairs, use and set up of projector and screen
Extra Fee Options:
On site storage, coffee & drink service, snacks – morning/afternoon, meal catering, post event clean up & after hours Access.
NEAT does not take a % of your ticket sales.
Please carefully read and answer all applicable questions on the form below for your rental.
Pay special attention to the EVENT DATA section of the form.
Be sure to upload a photo for your event which will display on our events calendar.
You can share your event through the calendar to your social network platforms.
Our form allows you (the organizer) to add yourself as an organizer to help track past & future events you create, book recurring events, create different ticket price options, edit which information you want to gather from your attendees, connect your stripe account to receive ticket payments directly, enable or disable email confirmations and more.
Be sure to add tickets and ticket prices.
If you wish to collect cash at the door or are hosting a free event, create a ticket set at $0, set the limit of tickets available and collect when your attendees arrive. This way you will not over book the space.
