2022 Grant Writing Workshop 1: Agriculture and the Peace Region
Virtual Grant Writing Workshops (4 hours)
These workshops build upon what is presented in the Introduction to Grant Writing information session. During this workshop, you will learn to:
- search for eligible grants
- write a successful grant application (including understanding application guidelines, demonstrating your need for funding, knowing which documents to submit with your application, and building a budget)
- fulfill funding requirements (e.g., reporting)
During the workshop, special guests from the Northern Development Initiative Trust (NDIT) and the BC Ministry of Agriculture will share details about upcoming agricultural grants and programs.
You will also receive a comprehensive Agricultural Resource handout that will help you locate grants, programs, and industry-specific information.
Workshops will be presented online using Zoom (check your system requirements).
New to Zoom? Join 10 minutes early for a brief Zoom tutorial. Attendees may also join by phone. The Zoom link will be provided with registration.
If you would like to submit a question prior to the information session or you’re having trouble registering, please email co-hort@neat.ca.
These FREE virtual info sessions and workshops are presented by Clear Course Consulting Ltd. on behalf of the Peace River Regional District. Funding for this program is provided, in part, by the Northern Development Initiative Trust.
