NEAT is proud to announce the newest addition to our Wildling family of programming, “Let’s Go Outside”.

Let’s Go Outside is geared towards the youngest of our Wildlings, those 6 and under, and their families and/or caregivers. Let’s Go Outside is a hands-on exploration of nature, will be lead by Wildling Leaders, and will lead parent/caregiver and child(ren) into the heart of the forest to go on scavenger hunts, play games, create nature-themed art and crafts, sing songs and let your imagination’s soar.

At the end of each session, parents, guardians and child care providers will leave with a pamphlet of activities, crafts, songs and book lists to add to your “toolbox” of ideas that will keep you and your little one(s) busy for days!

Parent and child sessions will run on Wednesdays from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM beginning July 24 and ending August 14. The cost is $5 per session per adult (2 adults = $10) and limited to 8 families per session.

Caregiver and child sessions will run on Fridays from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM beginning July 26 and ending August 16. The cost is $10 per session and limited to 2 daycare/child care groups per session.

All sessions will take place at the beautiful Fish Creek Community Forest. Sessions will begin at the start of the Multi-Purpose Trail (across from the ball diamonds *see map)
