Return to Yourself is a session for all who have become disconnected or would like to connect to themselves more. This class involves movement, guided breathing, and deep self connection through meditation. Explore different meditation and visualization techniques – open yourself to the possibilities!
This class runs Tuesday evenings from Jan 7 through Feb 25 from 7:00-8:30pm.
Each session is $20 or sign up for all 8 and save $20.
