Nina Peters is proud to present a series on meditation. This 6-part class is for anyone exploring meditation whether you have experience or not. Nina will guide the sessions utilizing different techniques making it the perfect start on your meditation journey.
Classes are hosted at the NEAT office Tuesdays from 7:30-8:30 starting Sept. 24. Sessions are $12 each or 6 for $60. To register complete the form below or text Nina at 250-793-6047.
A seeker of truth and light, Nina Peters is a hard working mother of three, dedicated to bettering herself for the world around her. Having suffered from depression and anxiety most of her life, Nina knew there had to be something out there that would help her in a truly lasting way. During a bought with Postpartum depression Nina found yoga and meditation. The new skills she learned shifted her life in ways she never imagined possible. Coming to Fort St John in 2008 with a plan to travel, she found a connection to this area and instead set down roots. Nina has found deep belonging within this community and in doing so a deeper connection and healing within herself.
From that place of authenticity and support, she would like to deepen her contact within the community in hopes
to continue both deep personal growth and inspiring others to take their power back and find tools to help heal themselves.
